Last Minute Machine Work

 Finally got to make the new sprocket mount for the sidecar bike. I started with a 7" aluminum solid.

...the backside turned down to fit the rim and disc brake rotor.

 ...sprocket side turned down and also bored for an outer bearing.

 Everything fits real nice. Just need to drill the holes. Four bolts to mount the wheel and rotor, and four holes drilled and tapped for the sprocket.
