Old Foto Friday

This is one Old Foto Friday I really dont have any info on. The dude is unknown but the bike is so rad. Wild green paint and strange rear fender, chrome swing arm, drag pipes, 10 or more over tubes, but no backing plate on the front brake.

    Looks like a Triumph front end, maybe he extended the neck stem to fit it to a Harley frame...?
