Sometimes You Just Gotta Move On

Well the franken frame is fubared. I was getting ready to separate the hard tail from the frame when I spotted the hard tail was even bent. I cut it apart anyway and after looking at it, it looks like it was welded together bent from Taiwan Ted's factory. Oh well, anyone need a sportster neck?

Frankenstein Sportster Frame

This frame was given to me by someone early this summer... and I can see why... This frame is messed up in more ways than one. The weld on hardtail is a nice piece, but the actual "weld on" isnt so nice. Its just down right scary. Actually what scares me more is that someone thought this was acceptable. Granted it may not have been finished, but their fabrication process is wrong on so many levels. Well, actually if they had a few levels maybe the hardtail wouldnt be crooked either... So I've taken on the challenge to fix this nightmare. Really what do I have to loose.....
