Time to get workin on the board track bicycle!

Finally got a chance to get into the metal shop tonight to get going on my board track bicycle.

Spent some time laying out the frame design

These frame rails curved all the way to the front down tube. I cut them back because they're obviously not needed for the new frame design.

These were the front end of the rails and they had these cool little caps on the ends. Instead of welding the openings above closed and grinding them smooth, I just extracted these caps and put them in the openings instead.

The caps in place. Just gives it a clean finished look.

First time ever using a Hossfeld bender just did a quick practice piece to see if I am able to get the sharp bend on the bottom with out kinking, it looks like its going to work. Going to make the actual piece tomorrow.
